ABOUT US
My name is David Gervais, New York State licensed home inspector and owner of Mid Hudson Home Inspectors, located in the Hudson Valley.
My whole career has been involved in the building trades from the time I graduated high school until the present. I have been involved in all phases of building construction from concrete and foundation work right through to the finish. Installing solar hot water heaters back in the 1980s, a long period of time working in commercial construction and the last 25 years as a carpenter, contractor and home inspector have given me extensive knowledge of all types of buildings; residential and commercial and all of the systems involved.
I am always looking to expand my knowledge and improve myself by taking continuing education courses and looking to obtain more certifications as a home inspector.

Inspection area is located in Wallkill New York. Mid Hudson Home Inspectors is centrally located to serve all areas of the Hudson Valley including all of Ulster, Orange and Dutchess Counties.
I also provide construction management to my customers. Construction management (CM) is a professional service that uses specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project from its beginning to its end.
